Welcome to ACC’s Mentoring section of Member-To-Member (M2M). Are you a new lawyer or simply new to in-house practice, or are you a seasoned executive with advanced skills in many areas? You’ve come to the right place! Signing up for ACC’s mentoring program will allow you to grow your career and help other attorneys advance theirs. Formal mentor relationships last one year, but we hope our new mentor program will develop long-term relationships that grow our members’ careers for years to come.
It’s easy to get started. Just select the “Enroll as a Mentee” or “Enroll as a Mentor” tab above. Once you are connected to a mentee or mentor, you will be able to email each other through this platform directly or offline. ACC designed our program to be self-serving, so there are no formal requirements to participate. We only ask that mentors and mentees who are located in the same city meet for lunch three times a year, and that mentors be available to provide advice via phone when needed. Beyond this, mentors and mentees are free to contact each other as often as they like. Monthly, we will post a new resource to help you make the most of your mentor/mentee relationship. At the end of the program, both mentors and mentees will receive a program evaluation, but we encourage you to give us immediate feedback as we seek to improve the program and this online platform.
