This page provides resources to support your mentoring conversations. The monthly resources follow the structure of our first Guided Mentoring Cohort (April–September 2026) and are open to all participants at any stage. You can follow the full six-month journey whenever you join. New resources are added at the beginning of each cohort month.
Each section includes one monthly focus, one article, one recorded session, and discussion prompts. You can also join live Q&A sessions and hear how others run their meetings.
Month 2: May 2026
Influence & Visibility
Strong work matters. So does making that work visible in the right way. This month helps participants build credibility, communicate value, and strengthen their professional brand.
Suggested discussion prompts
- What three words would colleagues use to describe the mentee today, and what three words should they use in two years?
- What are the top three to five business priorities this year, and how can the mentee’s work support each one in a visible way?
- Which three to five relationships matter most right now, and what is one specific action the mentee will take this month to strengthen each one?
This month's action
Agree on 3–5 key stakeholders the mentee should focus on. Select one upcoming meeting, update, or outreach to increase visibility. Prepare the message together, and debrief afterward on what worked and what to adjust.
