  • What is the status of cybersecurity technology in 2025? This segment will provide an overview to help legal professionals become conversant in these concepts while also helping them effectively communicate with other corporate stakeholders.
• Part 2: A Primer of Cybersecurity Regulatory Frameworks (July 9 at 11:00am ET)
  • Panelists will discuss some of the cyber regulatory frameworks and how these frameworks can provide a common language for organizations as they look to strengthen cybersecurity and improve processes. 
• Part 3: Developing an In-House Cyber Legal Practice and How a Cyber Tabletop Exercise Can Help (July 10, 11:00am ET)

  • This panel of experts will share tips for how to cultivate an in-house cyber legal practice, build credibility with other stakeholders, and become a trusted advisor on these issues. In the second part of this segment, the panel will turn to the elements of effective tabletop exercises, highlight the roles of different parts of the organization, and discuss how tabletop exercises can ultimately strengthen an organization’s resilience.
