Designed for product, governance, and executive legal counsel, this presentation provides a practical, plain-English technical introduction to how modern AI systems actually work. Moving beyond surface-level generative AI use, the session explains core components of the AI tech stack, how AI tools are developed and deployed, and where legal, governance, and security risks emerge in real-world products. Participants will use this framework to more effectively identify risk, evaluate mitigation strategies, and prepare their organizations for responsible AI adoption.
