To help you discuss your challenges, concerns, and share solutions, ACC has just initiated the new Information Governance Interest Group! The primary purpose of the group is to provide a forum for ACC members to discuss practice methods for in-house counsel to ensure the proper and legal control of information and data and educate in-house counsel on the changing nature of how information and data are used within an organization, including identifying the risks, and legal responsibilities.
