In “Skills for the 21st Century General Counsel”, a new report issued by ACC in conjunction with the Center for the Study of the Legal Profession at Georgetown Law Center, survey respondents (who include GCs, CLOs, corporate directors and others) indicate that in addition to continuing to provide legal counsel, top GCs and CLOs should expect to be increasingly called upon to provide strategic input into business decisions. This will be a top value driver for GCs and CLOs over the next five to 10 years. ACC members can read the survey report for free.
