The cloud. Information security. E-discovery. Privacy. Risk.

All of these terms and many others relate to information governance. To help you discuss your challenges, concerns, and share solutions, ACC has just initiated the new Information Governance Interest Group! The primary purpose of the group is to provide a forum for ACC members to discuss practice methods for in-house counsel to ensure the proper and legal control of information and data and educate in-house counsel on the changing nature of how information and data are used within an organization, including identifying the risks, and legal responsibilities.

There’s a lot of risk out there. Are you ready?

You play a key role in identifying and assessing risks to your company. Fail, and you’re done. Are you prepared? You should be, and to gain the right skills, you should attend Risk Management & In-house Counsel, a two and a half day program produced by ACC and the Boston University School of Management. Register, head to Boston October 7-9, and be prepared for the risks ahead.

Big project? Get the help you need.

Robert Half Legal, an ACC Alliance partner, provides attorneys, paralegals and legal support professionals on a temporary, project and full-time basis. They also provide project teams, along with dedicated space and high-tech resources, for a wide range of initiatives, including litigation support, M&A review and discovery matters. ACC members always save when they hire project lawyers and paralegals from Robert Half Legal. You can save up to $1,000 when you hire a project attorney or $500 when you hire a project paralegal.

Recruit Today. Reap the Benefits.

The ACC community grows stronger with every member. Share with your colleagues how ACC has helped you do your job better, and help them discover how they can benefit from ACC. From now through September, invite an in-house peer to join ACC, and you could receive a free CLE/CPD webcast, a $10 Amazon gift card, and more.

Get Credit and Take Credit

If you need to fulfill your CLE or CPD requirements for the year, the ACC Annual Meeting is your one-stop solution. The two-and-a-half day event is packed with timely, relevant sessions on important topics like contracts, compliance, law department management and more – all eligible for CLE or CPD credit.
